The Joe Way Lee Trophy is awarded to a junior each year. It recognises excellence in development and sportsmanship. Joe Way Lee was a dedicated member of Greythorn Park Tennis Club who supervised all Junior Competition for many years. When Joe passed away prematurely in the early 1980's it was decided to award a trophy in his name to the junior player who had shown the greatest improvement while practising good sportsmanship as a supportive team member and through appropriate behaviour.
