Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels, bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle. The best thing about Cardio Tennis is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before.
Join us for Cardio Tennis, a fun, high-energy group workout that combines tennis drills, movement and music to get your heart pumping. It’s a great way to improve fitness, coordination and overall wellbeing while enjoying a social, supportive on-court environment.
Every Thursday at 6:00pm for 60 minutes and are suitable for all abilities. Cost is $25 per session.
