Access to Everthing at Our Club 

To get to the Gracedale Park Tennis Club (located at 42 Gracedale Ave, Ringwood East).

Use google maps to find your way easily.  


Parking:

Our car park is a gravel surface leading to wide concrete pathways to the entrance of our club and to the Book a Court side gate.

If the car park is full, we also have street parking on Gracedale Avenue. 

Via Public Transport:

Plan your exact travel time and connections using the Transport Victoria Journey Planner.

Access to Courts: 

We have six en tout cas courts. Courts 3-6 have lights for night competition, coaching and social hits.  

The 900mm gate to Courts 3&4 has access via wide a path. There is a slight step down, into each set of courts, of approx. 5cm. 

Clubhouse: 

Access to the clubhouse is via the concrete pathway from the front door or by the book a court gate on the left of the clubhouse.

Booking can be made via Book a Court.

Toilets:

We have a designated disabled toilet/shower room with a 900mm wide door. The disabled toilet has the rail on the left side.

Both the ladies and mens toilets have ambulant fittings. The men’s is fitted with rails on both sides, and the ladies is fitted with the rail on the right.

If the clubhouse is not open, (especially for Book a Court players),

The public toilets (including a disabled toilet) are to the right of the club, with access from the front of the building.  Open until late each night. 

Communications: 

We are committed to ensuring all members can contact us easily. Either by email or by contacting one of us by mobile. Even you join the club you are invited to  our WhatsApp chat group for social tennis.  Our committee also has a WhatsApp group to keep up-to-date with everything that is going on. 

Inclusive Programs & Events: 

We are involved in school holiday programs, supporting our coaching team,  in partnership with Tennis Victoria, community organisations, and the City of Maroondah.

Our head coach works with a wide range of students, including running programs for hearing-impaired children and coaching at a secondary school supporting students with additional needs.

Our coaching team are enthusiastic about meeting the needs of the community  running programs to suit all ages and backgrounds  

Asked by a new club member, who joined the committee as well, to create a fun and active program for adults, from beginners and beyond  It involves tennis lessons, cardio games, music and half time social entertainment.
