Membership

Becoming a member at Glenvale TC is the most cost effective way to play tennis at the Glen Waverley Sports Hub.

Our membership year runs from 1st Oct to 30th Sept. Pro rata fees are applicable. Renewals are sent mid Sept. Fees paid after Oct 1st are subject to late fees of $20 per adult/$60 per family.

As a member you are entitled to free court hire (including lights at night), but please note, that any guests you play tennis with, who are non members, will need to pay a visitor fee. Visitor fees need to be paid at the gate, BEFORE PLAY COMMENCES. Simply scan the QR code attached to each gate to proceed to payment. Adults $6, Juniors (under 21) $3.

Prospective members should also note that:

  • Coaching by anyone other than our club coach or their staff is not permitted. This includes using buckets or trollies full of balls to train anyone
  • Solo practice is not allowed
  • The use of ball machines is not allowed
  • Shoe tags must be worn on runners and be visible
  • Bookings must be cancelled if you decide not to attend

MIDWEEK MEMBERSHIP MW -25/26. For adults (over 21) who only need court access Mon-Fri.

03 - JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (SOCIAL PLAYER)

Junior (Social Player) - 25/26. For children under 21 who do NOT play competition for Glenvale TC

05 - FAMILY MEMBERSHIP (NO CHILDREN PLAYING COMP)

Family Membership (No Children Playing Competition) - 25/26. For parents and their children who are under 21 (min of 3 members to be cost effective). Family includes children who are Social members and NOT playing Junior Competition for Glenvale TC.

Eligibility: Family combinations can include 2 parents and one or more children/one parent and two or more children. Children must be under 21. All children are Social members and do NOT play Junior Competition for Glenvale TC.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP (1 CHILD PLAYING COMPETITION) -25/26. For parents and their children who are under 21 (min of 3 members to be cost effective). Family includes one child enrolled to play Junior competition for Glenvale TC.

Eligibility: Family combinations can include 2 parents and one or more children/one parent and two or more children. Children must be under 21. One child must be enrolled to play Junior Competition for Glenvale TC.
