Q Can I make multiple bookings in one day?
A Yes, you can play up to two hours per day either in one two hour block, or several smaller blocks of time totalling up to two hours.
Q How far can I book in advance?

Q How do I edit my booking?
A You can edit your booking by going in to “Book A Court”. Find the day and date of your booking. Click on it and you have the option to edit or cancel the booking.
Q Do I need to register with Clubspark?
A Everyone needs to register with Clubspark. Apart from allowing members to book courts, it allows committee to send emails to members and is the payment platform for membership renewals.
Q How do I pay visitor fees?
A Visitor fees are paid onsite at the courts. Each gate has a QR code to scan to pay visitor fees. It is conveniently located near the pin pad used to enter the court. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Visitor fees must be paid, BEFORE entering the court and PRIOR to play commencing.
Q How much are visitor fees?
A Fees are $6 per adult and $3 per child (under 21).
Q Where is lost property?
A Anything valuable would normally be kept in the café/proshop area. Please ask staff. Other lost property can be found in the tournament office and in the upstairs clubroom.
Q Where is First Aid?
A The first port of call for first aid is the café/pro shop area. Please ask staff for assistance during business hours. After hours, convenors and coaches have access to the first aid room between the outside, downstairs toilets and the coaches shed.
Q Why are the toilets sometimes closed?
A Please note, that out of business hours (after 6.30pm) and Tue evenings (after 9pm), when we don't have a night tennis program or coaching running, the centre, including toilet facilities and first aid, may be closed. Courts can still be booked and access via the automated pin and lights will come on, however there will be no convenor/coach in charge at these times to allow access to the main building. We apologise for the inconvenience.
