Junior - 17 Years and Under Competition

The Junior Comp is held on Saturday mornings commencing at 9.00am usually concluding between 11 and 11.30am.  Teams are entered in the Macedon Ranges Tennis Association (MRTA).  Teams generally consist of 4 to 6 players of mixed gender and 4 players play each week. 

Some sections play singles and doubles and others doubles only. A competition fee of $40 is paid at the start of each season. Parents are required to assist with team management.  The Summer Season runs from mid October to March and the Winter Season runs from late April to September.  All players must be a member of a club in the MRTA.   For more info, contact the Junior Coordinator Contacts Page.

Saturday Afternoon Social

We hold a Social Hit on Saturdays from 3 to 5pm followed by some drinks and snacks.  Teams are decided on the day and after every set, the teams are swapped around.  People generally play 3 sets, mostly doubles.

Tuesday Ladies Competition

The Midweek Ladies Competition takes place on Tuesdays commencing at 10.00 am. Teams are entered in the Mountain District Ladies Tennis Association (MDLTA). Teams generally consist of 4 to 6 ladies and 4 players play each week.   

Three eight-game sets are played by each player and ball money is $4.00 weekly. Lunch is provided by the home team each week and each player brings a plate.  The Autumn season runs from February to June and the Spring Season runs from July to early December.   All players must be a member of a club in the MDLTA.  For more info, contact the Tuesday Ladies Coordinator Contacts Page

Wednesday Night Social Tennis

Wednesday Night Women’s Competition

The Wednesday night open competition is held on Wednesday nights commencing at 7.30pm. Teams are entered in the Macedon Ranges Tennis Association (MRTA).  Teams generally consist of 4-6 women and 4 players play each week. The competition consists of three six game sets of doubles, usually concluding between 9.30pm and 10pm.  No food or drink after the tennis.  There is one long season which runs from October to May.  Ball Money is $50 per season, paid at the start of the season.  All players must be a member of a club in the MRTA.  For more info, contact the Wednesday Comp Coordinator Contacts Page

Thursday Afternoon Ladies Social Tennis

Teams are entered in the Macedon Ranges Tennis Association (MRTA).  Teams generally consist of 4-6 players of mixed gender and 4 players play each week. The competition consists of 3 sets of doubles, usually concluding between 9.30pm and 10pm. Court Care

All gates to be locked before leaving. Correct tennis shoes must be worn at all times and keys must not be lent to anyone. Members-only on courts.
