Notes from the coach
This class is designed for players who have either progressed from RED BALL or have had some basic tennis teaching. This class will focus on footwork and control of both Forehand and Backhand, and it will also introduce the basic serving technique. (THE ORANGE BALL IS 50% SLOWER THAN YELLOW TENNIS BALLS) 60mins
