Flinders Tennis Club

Flinders Tennis Club, located at 20 Hardwicke Street is a family-focused community dedicated to promoting tennis for all ages and skill levels. Recognized as Tennis Queensland's Rural Club of the Year in 2023, we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming environment where members can enjoy the sport, develop their skills, and engage in community activities.

Our Facilities:

- Tennis Courts: We offer four synthetic grass courts available for hire.

- Court Access: Members enjoy year-round access to our courts, ensuring ample opportunities for practice and play. Using a Bluetooth lock, members can book online via play.tennis.com.au/flinderstennisclub for free.

- Non-members can book for a fee.

Programs and Services

- Junior Tennis Coaching: Our Hot Shots Tennis program caters to children aged 3+, providing age-appropriate equipment and court sizes to enhance learning and enjoyment. We run coaching clinics throughout Term 2 and 3. 

- School Holiday Clinic: We offer specialized coaching sessions during July school holidays, allowing players to refine their skills and stay active. This is a 5-day intensive programme run by our clubs affiliated coaches Lily and Amali.

- Social Tennis: We are not currently running fixtures, however members can organise and participate in social tennis if they wish, fostering community engagement and friendly competition.

- Annual Club Event – Sip and Hit night (Saturday night) of the holiday clinic

Membership Options

- Family Membership: Our family membership covers up to five members. $95.00

- Individual Memberships: We offer tailored memberships for adults, concessions, and juniors. $70.00
