Terms & Conditions
Enhanced Tennis Academy – Terms and Conditions
1. General
· Participation in Enhanced Tennis Academy (ETA) programs is subject to these Terms and Conditions, based on Tennis Australia’s standard terms (adapted for brevity and clarity).
· By registering, you (the participant or parent/guardian) agree to comply with ETA’s rules, policies, and the directions of coaches and staff.
2. Registration & Payment
· All program fees must be paid in advance or as directed by ETA.
· Registrations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
3. Safety & Conduct
· Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by ETA coaches and staff.
· Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s behaviour. If children do not adhere to safety rules or instructions, ETA is not liable for resulting incidents or injuries.
· ETA reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
4. Arrival & Pick Up
· You agree to arrive prior to the start time of the session and to be on time for pick up.
· Late pick ups will incur a fee to cover the cost of coaches’ time and potential missed lessons if coaches are required to travel to another club.
· In accordance with our Membership with Tennis Australia, ETA coaches must wait until a child is directly handed over to the designated parent or guardian. Late pick up fees are mandatory in these circumstances.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
· There are no refunds or credits for change of mind or on-the-day cancellations.
· Where more than 24 hours notice is given, ETA will offer a change of day to another equivalent lesson, subject to availability.
· Refunds or credits are otherwise only available for cancellations made prior to the program start date, except where required by law.
· ETA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, low enrolments, or other circumstances. In such cases, ETA will offer make-up sessions or credits where possible.
6. Media Consent
· ETA may photograph or film participants during sessions for use in social media, promotional, or marketing materials.
· If you wish to opt out of media consent for your child, you must contact ETA via email prior to the booked session beginning on [email protected]
7. Liability
· Participation in tennis involves inherent risks. ETA, its coaches, and staff accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where required by law.
· Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept responsibility for their children’s actions and any consequences when safety rules or instructions are not followed.
8. Privacy
· ETA will not disclose personal information, including player or parent details, lesson or booking details, to any third party except as required by law.
· All personal information is managed securely and confidentially.
· If you have a particular privacy request, please notify us by email immediately upon booking.
