What is Cardio Tennis?

The best fitness in town! Have you ever finished an hour workout before thinking, "has it already been an hour?", well you're in the right place!

Cardio Tennis is tennis-based group fitness training, incorporating aerobic exercise and tennis skills and activities to enjoy an hour of fitness while learning a new skill.

Our sessions really are for EVERYONE of all fitness and tennis levels. Each activity can be tailored to you, whether you want to go a little harder for a bigger sweat or taking it easy after an injury. We run classes that are suited to all abilities, incluing our new ADVANCED session on a Thursday night 6:30pm (Old Bar) for the experienced players.

Your first session is FREE, you only need to bring yourself, joggers, water and a smile! Racquets available to hire for every session. We cant wait to see you there, we know you'll love it! Text Ellise on 0411 476 063 to book in for your class today or book in via the website links.

$15 per session

How to book:

- Bookings are made on the website or by text to Ellise on 0411 476 063 with the session you choose to book.

- Classes has a maximum of 10 players, be sure to book ahead

- Late cancellations (6hrs minimum notice) & No Shows will result in full $15 fee

- Ideally, book ahead by 2 days notice to not miss out, late bookings are always considered

- Weather cancellations will be given by Ellise directly to those booked in, if you don't hear, then class is on!

What to bring

🎾 Racquet – If you don’t have one, no worries, we have plenty to borrow or buy in our shop

🎾 Runners + comfortable sports clothes

🎾 Hat + sunglasses

🎾 Water bottle + sweat towel
