SERVING THE ELTHAM COMMUNITY FOR OVER 50 YEARS
Whether you enjoy competition tennis, a social hit or just mixing with friendly, like minded people, you’ll be warmly welcomed at the Eltham Tennis Club.
We are a friendly, convivial Club in a relaxed leafy environment, conducive to good friendships as well as good tennis.
While many of our members have been with the club for over 20 years there is never a suggestion of exclusivity and new members are always enthusiastically welcomed. Families in particular are encouraged with generous family concessions available.
The Club in its present site was established just over 50 years ago, although there is evidence of groups enjoying tennis well before that, in nearby Alistair Knox Park.
Currently we have over 400 members of all age groups who play across the full spectrum of abilities, from hit and giggle right through to Pennant level.
Club membership provides:
- Access to our 10 quality courts on a variety of surfaces when not being used for coaching or competition. Members can bring guests for a small fee;
- Opportunity to participate in a variety of competitions - Mens, Womens, Mixed, Tennis Victoria Pennant and Junior, as well as in our annual Club Championships;
- A family friendly environment with our clubhouse and BBQ;
- Availability of expert tennis tuition from beginner to advanced levels;
