If you prefer to provide a physical or email membership form, this can be downloaded here - ECTC Membership App Form . Please  email the form to the East Coburg Tennis Club Secretary or visit the club.

The memberships available are described below:

Junior – For those who are under 18 years of age as of 30 June in the financial year of application.

Social  - 6 or 12 month options – For those who enjoy playing socially only. This membership does not permit you to represent the club in any local competitions the club is affiliated with.

Student – For those who are over the age of 18 and currently studying; either full time at University, Tafe or another tertiary institution.

Adult – 6 or 12 month options - For adults. This membership enables you to participate in any local competitions the club is affiliated with.

Family – For families consisting of two adults and an unlimited number of juniors.

Please be aware:

  • An automatic $5 per 30-minute light fee is present if lights are necessary to play
  • A $5 per 60 minutes fee exists for non-members you bring to the club, this is monitored by the club
  • A non-member may only visit the club 10 times before having to become a member
  • No outside coaches can be brought to ECTC by a member for paid lessons or similar
  • The club reserves the right to charge a fee for improper use.

The above exists to ensure the courts are used fairly by all members and to ensure ECTC can continue to maintain, invest and when required, replace the courts.

Rules

Being a member of the East Coburg Tennis Club you agree to abide by the Club Rules & Code of Conduct at all times and note that your membership is subject to the terms and conditions as per the ECTC constitution.   Please read the Rules and Code of Conduct.

Committee Positions

Members of the East Coburg Tennis Club can nominate for a position on the Management Committee.  All positions on the committee are volunteer based and that you dedicate your own personal time to help the club be successful. Meetings are held every month and usually lasts 1-1.5 hours covering a wide range of topics including maintenance, competition, financials and membership.  The Annual General Meeting is held once a year typically in August and a notification is sent out to all current members with a nomination form.  Please read the Code of Conduct.
