Competitions
East Coburg Tennis Club caters for all levels of play from social, in-house competitions and local competitions.

Social – Just about everyone starts off playing tennis socially with friends or family. Learning to play tennis is a great way to meet new people, keep fit and have lots of fun all at the same time. You can book a court using the Court Booking tab.
Alternatively, message us at ectcsocial@gmail.com to ask about our monthly social. Usually this is held from 4pm-6pm on first Sunday of the month and is $5 for 2 hours of play, snacks and a drink. Membership is not required.
Juniors – The club currently has over 10 junior teams playing Friday nights and Saturday mornings. These include boys, girls and mixed teams.
We have two girls teams and five boys teams competing in the North Eastern Junior Tennis Association (NEJTA) held on Saturday mornings with two seasons being played each year. Play starts at about 7:30am and is usually complete by 12pm. To see the ladders click here.
We also have one boys team and two mixed teams competing in the North Suburban Junior Tennis Association (NSJTA) combined with Tullamarine Tennis Club on a Saturday morning as well. Finally, we have one Friday night mixed team combined with Tullamarine Tennis Club. To see the ladders click here.
Juniors are the future of the club and we strongly encourage parental involvement in team management. Contact us if you're keen to join in.
Night Tennis – Night tennis is a great way to unwind after a day at work, with play starting at 7pm on Tuesday, Wednesday (mixed) and Thursday. Playing under our new LED lights provides a different atmosphere compared to daytime play and is very popular for saving the weekend. Local travel is involved.

We currently have two Wednesday night mixed teams in the North Suburban Night Tennis Association (NSNTA). See how the teams are doing here.

Seniors – For the traditional weekend matches Tennis Victoria’s Pennant competition remains popular and offers the opportunity to play against the best players across all of Victoria. You can see leagues and results here. Currently East Coburg Tennis Club is in Grade 5, Section 1.
In-house singles - Our friendly coaching provider, Elite Tennis, put on regular Intra-club singles leagues for all abilities.
For adults or advanced juniors, consider joining the singles competition on a Monday night (Beginner/Intermediate) or Tuesday night (Advanced). You can find out more and join in here
For juniors, Elite Tennis has pre competition match play leagues on Wednesday and Friday evenings. You can find out more and join here
