Lou Kesting Community Hall

We have a hall available for public hire - the Lou Kesting Community Hall, located immediately next to our clubroom on Broadway. Formerly South Brighton Hall, it was renamed in honour of Lou (1905-1978), in recognition of his tireless volunteer services, and his community leadership in the development of our club facilities.

Lou Kesting Community Hall has a kitchenette, unisex toilet facilities, a piano, a raised stage, ceiling fans, plus lots of seating and tables are available.

Our hall is currently hired for regular yoga lessons, meditation, mental health services, martial arts classes, community meetings, aerobics, and dancing groups.

It is also the perfect venue for DSTC to host quiz and bingo nights for lots of family fun (when social distancing isn't an issue!). Sometimes we can even use the hall for indoor hot shots coaching when it's raining!

To maintain strong hygiene practices, the Lou Kesting Community Hall is professionally cleaned every week, all year round.
