Cardio Tennis
The perfect lesson to get your heart rate pumping! Cardio Tennis is a fitness based group tennis lesson. Players hit and move to increase their heart rate and improve cardiovascular fitness. Heart rate monitors are provided so you can check your progress.

Monday Morning Clinic
This group lesson focuses on four performance factors; technical, tactical, mental and physical abilities. The session will include a combination of drills and match play. All players are taught to not only improve their technique, but to implement their new skills in a game situation.
