Copacabana Tennis Club

Courts are open from 7am to 10pm - BOOK A COURT! 

Whether you are a member or visitor to the club, we have courts available for you to hire. Simply book online and you will receive a pin code to use at the entry gate and simple instructions to follow.

There are toilets, BBQ facilities and inclusive seating next to the courts, along with table tennis and the new kids play area in the park. It's a beautiful spot for a picnic.

Copacabana Tennis Club offers 3 categories of Adult Memberships as well as a Junior Membership. Read more about membership options in JOIN THE CLUB.  Full/Unrestricted Members pay only $12 per hour during the daylight and $20 when the lights are on, and for non members it's $25 during the day and $35 at night. Membership has other benefits, including use of the club house (for special events), ability to book courts 30 days in advance, discount rates at Social Tennis Open Day every Saturday from 10am to 12 noon ($5pp) and discount rates for Division 1 Competition ($8pp on Monday nights 7-10pm and $6pp on Wednesdays 3-6pm), discounts on Club merchandise, ability to enter into Club Championships, Personal Injury and Public Liability Insurance cover with Tennis NSW.

Club Rules and Court Etiquette

To maintain smooth operations and uphold the high standards of the club, we kindly ask you to  follow these guidelines when booking courts:   

• Person booking a court must be present at the court for the entire duration of the booking. Booking under another person's login is not permitted.
• List all players when booking the court via Club Sparks to ensure transparency
• Arrive just before your session is due to begin and leave within 15min after it finishes.
• Bring your own tennis gear, towel, water and hygiene supplies
• To qualify for the members’ rates discount, at least half of all players on the court must be club members.
• No more than four players are permitted on a court at one time, except during coaching sessions conducted by our two club coaches.
• Ensure you are familiar with the current NSW Government and Tennis NSW guidelines
• Use of wooden or metal chairs or benches inside the Courts are not permitted
• Please accept : no animals, no bicycles, no skateboards, no basketball, soccer, rugby or cricket balls etc. and no glass bottles or alcohol on court !
• Plastic chairs for use on the courts during play, which are stored inside the Club House, are available for individual Club Members on written request to the Committee for provision of the key to the Club house.
