Terms & Conditions

Please do NOT make a booking at Copacabana Tennis Club (CTC) if you do not accept these Term & Conditions.

CTC General Conditions
 Everyone attending CTC is subject to the CTC Terms & Conditions.
 CTC has the legal right to deny anyone entry and/or instruct anyone to immediately leave
the CTC facility at any time.
 CTC reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time that does not comply with these
Terms & Conditions.
 Anyone refusing to comply with our T&Cs will be asked by CTC authorised personnel to
immediately leave the CTC facility; and if the people refuse then the Police will be called
immediately.

CTC Court Hire
 CTC will only accept bookings with full payment. ie No payment = no booking.
 Bookings can only be made through ClubSparks. 
 No court hire bookings can take place that are for a Commercial activity (eg Competitions,
Tournaments, Social Events, Coaching) at CTC unless first authorised in writing by CTC
Committee.

CTC Court Hire Cancelations
 To be eligible for a refund you MUST cancel your booking.
 You may cancel your booking by logging into your ClubSpark profile or by following the
link Click here to manage your bookings at the end of the email sent to you for booking
conformation.
 Cancellations made more than 60 minutes prior to the start time of a booking will receive a
full refund to the credit card provided for the booking. It may take up to 3 business days for
the refund to appear on your statement.
 No refunds will be issued within 60 minutes of the start time of a booking, including for
wet/bad weather or rained off play.
 CTC reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time for any reason whatsoever. If
CTC cancels your booking, you will be provided with a refund.
 We have this policy in place for the benefit of everyone because it means 
- It deters people booking and cancelling-changing late which has made it hard for others
to book the court;
- We are all booking knowing the policy and it should not become other people’s problem
if a person who has booked a court has a change of plans for any reason be it in that
person’s control or out of their control (eg an accident/ bad weather etc.).

Alcohol at CTC
 Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed by anyone inside the tennis courts at CTC.

Coaching on CTC Courts
 Casual Court Hirers are NOT permitted to conduct any coaching, of any form, on CTC
Courts.
 Coaching programs on CTC courts can only be provided by CTC Approved Coaches; and
people having lessons with CTC Approved Coaches are customers of that coach, so they
should deal directly with the coach.
 Everyone attending CTC is subject to the CTC Terms & Conditions, irrespective of whether they are in a coaching program provided by CTC Approved Coach or not.

Third Party Programs and Events at CTC
 CTC hires courts to organisations and individuals who conduct their own programs and
events at CTC.
 Everyone attending CTC is subject to the CTC Terms & Conditions, irrespective of whether they are attending a program/event conducted by a third party or not.
