Book A Court – Online Court Booking System

  • Before commencing play,  book your court via the Book-a-Court system. Light fees and guest fees apply.
  • Automatic refunds are only issued when a booked court is cancelled at least 2 hours before the booking time commences. Write to the treasurer James Jackson at rja55907@bigpond.net.au to apply for a refund in the event that unexpected rain prevented play.
  • If asked to vacate a court by a person with a booking, the court must be vacated without argument or delay, regardless of how many empty courts there are. The only exception to this rule is if an interclub competition match has run over time.
  • Ensure that your mobile phone number is recorded in your Book-a-Court registration so that you receive an SMS message for your booking. If there is a dispute over who has booked a particular court, refer to the SMS messages and look up the bookings in the system to resolve the matter.

Court Playability

  • Do not play if court is too wet OR too dry OR has lost topping due to wind.
  • Water before play and bag after play.

Behaviour

Please behave in a considerate manner at all times. Use common sense and avoid escalation of arguments. If there is a dispute or a concern about any behaviour witnessed, please write to the secretary and president about the matter and it will be investigated and managed. The committee may warn, suspend or expel members who do not behave courteously or follow the club rules. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
