The club is operated by volunteers who will respond to inquiries as soon as possible, but it can take us a few days to get back to you. Our aim

Bungendore Park Tennis Club aims to provide a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all. The heart of our club is people or all ages and skill levels playing together and enjoying one another's company for the love of tennis!

Protecting children, members of the club and community - The club is committed to the safety of everyone who plays tennis at or visits Bungendore's community tennis facility.  BPTC is bound by Tennis Australia's Safeguarding children guidelinesMember protection policy and Transgender Inclusion Guidelines for Community Tennis. The club has complaints management flowchart and incident management framework. These documents details how compaints and incidents will be managed together with the key contacts. Let's look out for each other - if something's not right please tell someone.

Privacy - The club is committed to the protection of personal information held on the systems used by club members and other people in the community playing tennis here in Bungendore. BPTC is bound by the provisions contained in Tennis Australia's privacy policy to protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and Privacy Act 1988

Risks - In order to make sure that the club is across any potential risks facing Bungendore's community tennis facility, risks and issues is a standing item at every club committee meeting. The club has a risk register - we ask that you familiarise yourself with the register and tell us if you think we've missed something or something isn't right.
