BTC memberships period runs from 1st August to 31st July each year

Memberships available are listed below.

Anyone wishing to apply for 2025/26 membership must follow the pocess below.

The application process is a 2-step process.

1. All applicants must complete a hard copy application form which is available from the clubhouse or downloadable via this link BTC Membership Form 2025/26. This form needs to be fully completed, signed and then returned to the clubhouse or emailed to [email protected]
2. All applicants must lodge their payments online. The applicant will need to select the membership type below that they wish to register for, sign in or register an account and proceed to payments for processing. Payment online is only available by card.

Both steps need to be completed before any applicants membership can be processed.

All memberships will be pending until the committee convenes and notification will then be issued to the applicant.

Any applicant whose membership is not successful will receive a full refund.

Comp Adult Membership  (18 and over)

Cost - $50.00 (6Mths) or $80.00 (12Mths)

Eligibility - Competition/Reserve Player Membership

Package includes :

• Tennis NSW Registration and Insurance
• Social events, pickleball, coaching and competitions (*Playing & coaching fees still apply)
• Court Hire - $5 per hour (Daytime), $15 per hour (Night time) (Pre arrangements required)

Comp Family  Membership  (Maximum 2 adults & unlimited juniors (Under 18) living in the same house)

Cost - $160.00

Eligibility - Min 1 Competition/Reserve or Coached Player (Any Age)

• Social events, pickleball, coaching and competitions (*Playing & coaching fees still apply)
• Court Hire - $5 per hour (Daytime), $15 per hour (Night time) (Pre arrangements required)

Comp Junior  Membership  (Under 18)

Cost - $25.00

Eligibility - Competition Player/Reserve or Coached Membership

Package includes :

• Social events, pickleball, coaching and competitions (*Playing & coaching fees still apply)
• Court Hire - $5 per hour (Daytime), $15 per hour (Night time) (Pre arrangements required)

Senior Membership  (65 and over)

Cost - $40.00

Package includes :

• Social events, pickleball, coaching and competitions (*Playing & coaching fees still apply)
• Court Hire - $5 per hour (Daytime), $15 per hour (Night time) (Pre arrangements required)

Social Membership  

Cost - $60.00

Eligibility - Open to all ages

Package includes :

• Court Hire - $25 per hour (Daytime), $35 per hour (Night time) (Pre arrangements required)
