Arriving on court

Do you have a booking?

If not, make your booking here. Note our members play for free all year (in daylight hours; a light fee is charged at night time), guests of members can play for $5 per person per hour. Check out our membership packages here

Did you know? Barton Tennis Club is not-for-profit and is run by a volunteer committee - so all membership and court hire fees are invested straight back into our club to maintain our beautiful club and keep our courts accessible to the community for years to come.

Enter your code at the gate & PLEASE close the gate behind you

Check the email confirmation you received when making your booking. At the bottom you'll find your gate pin code (a 4 digit number).

Enter your code on the pin pad (see red arrow in photo below) and then hit the enter button on the bottom right of the pin pad.

The light on the pin pad will flash green and then push on the gate to enter. If you've arrived very early, note the code will not work until closer to the start of your booking time.

Important note: If your booking included a fee for lights, please note these will only turn on if
1) you put in your pin code when you arrive on court and
2) after the sun has set (look up what time the sun will set on your favourite weather app)

In other words: your lights will not turn on automatically at the time of your booking if you have not put in your code at the gate.

Using the club house - leave it clean and closed when you're done!

Members, their guests and casual users of our courts are welcome to use the club house facilities.

The code to the club house is included in your booking email (note this is different to your individual gate pin!). Enter the clubhouse code on the pin pad on the door (see red arrow in photo below) and then push hard to open the door.

Please make sure you leave the club house tidy behind you by disposing of any waste in the bins outside the club house (the compost bin is by the shed near the pergola). Pull the door shut behind you when you leave.

Which court did I book?

Check your booking confirmation email, it will say which court you booked.

When you enter our club, court 1 is on the far left, through to court 4 which is on the far right.

Hint: after our 2025 fencing upgrade, every court now has its own gate, so you don't have to walk through anyone else's court to get to yours!

FINAL STEP: have a great hit!
