CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

I am fully aware that membership of the Banyule Tennis Club Inc. has certain obligations as well as privileges.
As a Club Member I will be prepared to:

1.   Abide by the Club Constitution and rules, including but not limited to the Court Rules as displayed on the court fences.

2.   Look after Club property and ensure that others do the same.

3.   Disallow non-members from using my 'Member's Key' or 'Member's Code'.

4.   Accompany my visitors and pay the appropriate visitor playing fees.

5.   Participate in Working Bees when required.

6.   Wear correct tennis footwear at all times.

7.   Wear correct tennis attire when participating in competition tennis.

8.   Support Club social activities.

9.   Notify the Secretary if at any time I do not wish to continue with my membership. I will communicate in writing my resignation from the Club. If I purchased a 'Member's Key', I will return it to the Secretary.

10.  Pay a 'Joining Fee' if I fail to pay my renewal payment by the invoice date.
