New and returning members should be aware of the following: 

• Joining Fee - This fee only applies on your initial application. All future membership renewals do not incur this fee. However, if you do not pay your membership renewal by the due date, you will be liable to pay another Joining Fee.
• A 'Member's Gate Code' is available for Family & Couples Memberships only.
• Those with singles memberships (Adult, Senior, Student) are required to make a booking to access the courts. Bookings are free for members, and you may bring guests for $5 per person. All accompanying guests must be listed when placing your booking. A temporary gate PIN code will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.
• Court availability can be viewed here in the club's schedule, and further details about and club access can be viewed here.
• Member access to the clubhouse is available when the club is open (see schedule), during competition, or via group bookings. 
• Memberships are offered for a fixed term of 12 months from the date of purchase. Renewal reminders are sent from 30 days prior to the expiry of your membership, with a grace period of 14 days following expiry before your membership is cancelled.
• To play competition with Banyule Tennis Club, you are required to be a Club Member.
