Banyule Tennis Club has teams playing in many different inter-club competitions
There are two competition seasons each year of approximately 14 weeks each – Spring and Autumn.
Team entries are submitted two months ahead of each season commencing.
Opposition clubs are local, with an average travel time of approximately 20 minutes to most venues.
To play competition tennis you are required to be a Banyule Tennis Club Member. However, visitors are welcome to join existing teams as fill-ins.

North Eastern Night Tennis Group
There are six Banyule Tennis Club teams playing in the North Eastern Night Tennis Group (NENTG): four men’s teams and two women’s teams.
Banyule Tennis Club has availability for new teams wanting to play in the following competitions:
- Tuesday Nights Men's League
- Tuesday Nights Vets League
- Wednesday Nights Women's League
- Thursday Nights Mixed League

Heidelberg & Districts Tennis
We have one women's Banyule Tennis Club team playing in the Heidelberg & Districts Tennis Association (HDTA).
Banyule Tennis Club has availability for new teams wanting to play in the following competition:
