🔄 How to Renew Your Membership

1. Click the renewal link in this email.
2. Sign in using the email and password you used to join. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option.
3. Once logged in, click your name in the top right and select ‘Profile’.
4. Scroll to the ‘Membership’ section, choose your category, and click ‘Renew Now’.
5. Choose your payment method:
   - Credit/debit card (preferred) – your membership will be active immediately.
   - Bank transfer – this will be manually processed by volunteers and may take up to 7 days.

6. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
7. Student members – please reply to the confirmation email with proof of eligibility.
8. Changing categories? Please email us at ashytennisclub@gmail.com before renewing so we can update your record. This will also help you avoid the new joining fee.
