Courts can be booked online by club members (for free) and the general public (for a fee of $10 per 30 minutes). Club Members can play with a guest(s) but must nominate any guests, that they are playing with, in the booking (and ensure the guest fee is paid for each guest) and members and guests must ensure that they bag, (and as needed) water, the courts they use. Failure by Members to nominate guests or to bag courts may result in fines being imposed or play at the Club being suspended.

To book a court, members must login using the same method as they originally used to create their account. This could be a username and password, or via Facebook, or Google. Non-members will be required to create an account.
Users can make a maximum of a 90 minute booking per day.
Users will be provided with a one-time unique 4-digit access pin to enter into the pin pad next to the entrance gate. This pin is connected with your booking. Enter the pin number into the gate access pad, followed by #.
When playing at night under lights, the lights are automatically activated when you enter your access pin. If you do not enter your pin code (for instance, if the gate is open, the lights will not be activated). The lights will automatically turn off 15 minutes after your booking period ends.
As noted above, Members are welcome to add guest for a fee of $10pp, which is paid online, at the time of booking a court. Guests (non-members) must be registered at the point of booking for insurance purposes.
It may take between 20-30 minutes between a booking being made and the access gate recognising the booking and associated access pin. This means if you make a booking once you're already at the club, you will need to wait before you can access the gate. It is recommended you make your court bookings ahead of time. The gate must be closed after entry.
Your pin can activate and open the gate from 15 minutes before your booking time to 15 minutes after your booking time.
The pin code for the clubhouse door - to access toilets - is included in the booking confirmation email.
