LIFE MEMBERSHIP

Life membership is an honour bestowed on a member of the Wyong District Tennis Association Inc ., who's exceptional loyal and outstanding service and contribution has provided measurable benefit to the organsiation.

Honorary Life Membership is recognized by the WDTA Inc  as the highest recognition that can be awarded to a member in acknowledgement of exceptional service  and contribution; it should maintain its prestige and not be awarded easily. The following Life Members have achieved this reconition........

CHAMPIONSHIPS

Championships are conducted annually in all formats of tennis and varying ages groups including male and female and mixed events. The open men's singles and open women's singles are the key events to determine that years bext female and male in the Club. Records are available from 1980 for male and female singles champions.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Tennis clubs survive because of the expertise and committment of the people who manage the affairs of the Club. Wyong Tennis has evolved over the last 100 years or so, into various forms of organisations that would best serve the tennis community at the time. The Tennis and Sports Club Pty Ltd was formed to primarily service the licensed club that had been built to help finance the  tennis facilities. Our History is listed  to help explain our trials and tribulations.  In 2012  to present we reformed the Wyong District Tennis Association Inc., and we market under Wyong Tennis. Our challenge as a committee is to keep abreast of change and our decisions are always in the best interest of our members.
