About this program
Tennis lessons for kids! For kids who are looking to start their tennis journey – Tennis Hot Shots Coaching is the program for them! Coaching sessions are run by qualified Tennis Australia coaches around the country. Each lesson takes place in a nurturing environment which promotes participation and inclusion. They are run in small groups where kids are introduced to a sport they can play for life.

Notes from the coach
Through games and fun activities children are provided with the skills to learn to hit the ball using correct techniques. The softer red balls are used to assist the child in watchinig and hitting the ball. We aim to have the children hit the ball over the short net and exploring to move and hit to begin a rally. Importantly we help the child learn important social skills such as fair play, and working cooperatively with others.
