About this program
Tennis lessons for kids! For kids who are looking to start their tennis journey – Tennis Hot Shots Coaching is the program for them! Coaching sessions are run by qualified Tennis Australia coaches around the country. Each lesson takes place in a nurturing environment which promotes participation and inclusion. They are run in small groups where kids are introduced to a sport they can play for life.

Notes from the coach
The orange ball is the same size as the yellow ball compressed by 50% to enable the players to refine their stroke techniques and movement. Teamwork and respect are key learning components of this stage that also includes a focus on the volley and serving skills.
