Member Protection Officer (MPIO):
Turner Tennis Club (TTC) has a Merit Protection Information Officer (MPIO), one of our volunteer Comittee members, who can provide information to members about their rights, responsibilities and options when making a complaint in our sport. MPIOs are impartial and as such don't investigate matters, or give advice or advocate for the complainant. However they can act as a sounding board and provide information about local complaint resolution options available to address an individuals concern. As needed, the MPIO will liaise with, and seek advice from, Tennis ACT with regard to the Tennis Australia Member Protection Policy. To contact the MPIO please email: [email protected].
