Royal Park Tennis Club, Parkville, Melbourne

Established in 1889, we have evolved over time to remain a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming club with modern facilities. Located to the north of Melbourne CBD, we currently have around 400 members, making us one of the largest tennis clubs in Victoria. We are affiliated with Tennis Victoria and the local tennis associations in our area. 

Our club is a large tennis facility with 14 en-tout-cas courts, a large modern club house with full kitchen facilties, a dining area, a lounge area and a licensed bar area. All rooms have air-con, and the dining and lounge rooms have access to Foxtel TV. We have full toilet facilities including showers and disabled toilets. All our courts have lights for night tennis.

The club is situated on spacious grounds with multiple areas to sit and relax and maybe watch some tennis. We have a BBQ area for players to use as needed. A drinking water fountain is also available on those hot days.

We are involved in many types of competitions, juniors & seniors, day & night times. We also offer social tennis players a wide range of programs at our club.

We have 2 dedicated coaching groups to assist players in all aspects of tennis. They run a variety of coaching sessions from private to group coaching, juniors & seniors, and other programs as required. 

Our club is also open to non-members to play tennis. All players can book a court using the 'Book a Court' system available on our website. 

We are one of the few clubs with staff members available on-site, to answer any queries you may have, from membership to court bookings to competitions, and the purchase of drinks.
