Cardio Tennis is a fun, energetic, 60 minute workout comprised of tennis based activities. The workout is done to the latest music and players hit 100’s of balls per session. Cardio Tennis is great for individuals wanting to improve their tennis and get fit in a social, fun and low-pressure environment.
