Governance

The Phillip Island Tennis Club is an Incorporated Association, governed by the Association Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and the Associations Incorporation Reform Regulations 2023.

The club is managed by a volunteer committee, made up of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and general committee members responsible for a range of activities such as membership, junior tennis, and maintenance.

The committee meets six times a year, and an Annual General Meeting of members is held in October each year

The club has chosen to adopt the Model Rules included in the Associations Incorporation Reform Regulations 2023, and a copy of these rules is attached here: Model Rules
