Book a court instructions

  1. Club members and members of the public are welcome to book a court online.
  2. To make an online booking through our Book A Court system you will need to sign in or register.
  3. Non members are required to pay on completion of the booking. Please allow 15 minutes for your booking to be activated.
  4. When your booking has been completed you will receive a personal 4 digit PIN code on screen and a confirming email and SMS.
  5. Your PIN code will unlock the gate and activate the lights at sunset.
  6. Your PIN code will allow access to bathroom facilities in the downstairs clubroom.
  7. Upon arrival at the courts enter your 4 digit PIN code and push the return button (which is located below the number 9 on the key pad).
  8. Once the keypad has turned green the gate can be opened by pushing.
  9. Your PIN code will operate 10 to 15 minutes prior to your booking.
  10. ​Bookings cannot be extended after you have started playing. A separate booking would need to be made and allow 30 mins for the booking to go through the system.

Booking for your child who is a club member

  1. When booking on behalf of your child who is a club member, firstly sign in to your child's account.
  2. When in the account, select the drop down menu at the top of the screen and click on your child's name, otherwise it will charge for the court. 

​Lighting

  1. Enter your PIN and press the return button at the gate for the lights to register that you have arrived at the courts for your booking. 
  2. If you do not enter your PIN and press the return button the system will not acknowledge your arrival for your booking and will not turn the lights on. 
  3. When lights are paid for with your court booking they will commence warming up once your PIN is entered and the light sensor records insufficient light. 
  4. The lights take 5 to 10 minutes to warm up completely, it is recommended you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time.
  5. Lights will turn off 10 minutes after your booking time to allow safe exit from the courts. Please note that your PIN will only register within 10 to 15 minutes of your booked time.
  6. If you enter your pin prior to 10 to 15 mins before your booked time it will not register and the lights will not turn on. 

​Refund Policy

  1. Bookings cannot be edited once they have been made.
  2. A booking can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account.
  3. Cancellations made 2 hours before a booking time will receive a refund to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  4. If you cancel with less than 2 hours of your booking, it is not refundable.
  5. If the weather looks inclement, it is suggested you cancel your booking 2 hours prior to you booking and if the weather clears for play, rebook.

Entering and leaving the venue

When entering and leaving the venue please ensure the gate closes for security to be maintained.
