There are 2 easy ways to join or renew your Membership

1. ClubSpark

Milton Ulladulla District Tennis Association's preferred method is to use ClubSpark.  If you are a new or existing member, to use ClubSpark MUDTA, you will need to register using your email address and make a password (you will need to remember these for future use).  Then you may join by selecting the appropriate membership package and following the prompts.

2. Completing the Membership Form

Fill in your details, and make your payment and return the form by which ever of the following options is most convenient for you.

Please drop off completed form at the Ulladulla Tennis Club Office or email copy of completed form to: hello@clubhousetennis.com.au

Electronic Funds Transfer
Please make payment to Jones Co Tennis Pty Ltd, Greater Bank
BSB 637 000 — Account number 724467326
(please enter as the reference, first name initial and your surname (e.g. “A Johnson Mship Fee “)

Cash
Payment may also be made in cash at the Ulladulla Tennis Club Office if open or alternatively by placing membership form with cash enclosed in an envelope and deposited in the money safe box at the Ulladulla Tennis Club. 

Cheque
Please return completed form with cheque to the Ulladulla Tennis Club Office.
