On the Line Tennis run two different cardio tennis programs, being high intensity and low intensity.
High Intensity
The high intensity cardio tennis program is a high-energy way to enjoy tennis. With the backing of an upbeat sound track, you will burn calories, increase your fitness and improve your tennis at the same time. It's a fun-filled group workout and you don't need to be a good tennis player! Classes adjust for all levels.
