PRIVATE SESSIONS

Standard 60-min Technical/Tactical Session

  1. 5–10 min – Dynamic warm-up: Light jog, mobility, mini-rallies or shadow swings
  2. 15–20 min – Technical focus block: One main theme (e.g. forehand shape, serve rhythm) with basket feeding & cue-based coaching
  3. 20–25 min – Live-ball application: Pattern drills (e.g. cross-court + line, serve + first ball), then point play emphasising the theme
  4. 5–10 min – Review & homework: Quick recap, 1–2 key cues, optional video clip to send to player/parent

High-Performance 90-min “Pro Block”

  • 15 min: Warm-up & footwork patterns
  • 30 min: High-intensity drill segments (e.g. forehand inside-out pattern, return games)
  • 20 min: Match-play scenarios (pressure games, serve/return sets).
  • 15 min: On-court fitness or conditioning finisher (sprints, agility ladders)
  • 10 min: Tactical/mental discussion + next-steps (e.g. pre-tournament)

Group Tennis Sessions

Our Group Tennis Sessions offer structured, coach-led training in a fun and supportive environment. All sessions run for 1.5 hours and are designed to suit different skill levels, helping players improve technique, confidence, and match play while enjoying the social side of tennis.

 

Beginner Group Sessions

Perfect for players new to tennis or returning to the game. These sessions focus on learning the basics, including stroke technique, footwork, rallying, and simple game play in a relaxed and encouraging setting.

Intermediate Group Sessions

Designed for players with some playing experience who are looking to refine their skills. Sessions emphasise consistency, shot selection, movement, and tactical awareness, with structured drills and guided match play.

Live Ball Sessions

Fast-paced and high-energy sessions focused on continuous point play. Live Ball is ideal for confident players wanting to improve fitness, reactions, and decision-making in a competitive yet social environment
