Coaching Policy

Approved Coaching Providers
The club maintains and publishes a list of approved coaching providers. 
Only these approved providers are allowed to conduct commercial coaching on club premises.

Designated Coaching Slots
The club will allocate specific courts and time slots exclusively for commercial coaching by approved providers. 
Coaches cannot book courts outside these designated slots for coaching purposes.

Member Bookings
Members can only book courts for personal use and not for commercial coaching.
Booking courts for commercial use under the guise of a personal booking is strictly prohibited.
Members are allowed to coach their own family members who reside in the same household. 

Monitoring and Enforcement
The club will monitor court usage and enforce the rules.
Members may be asked to provide reasonable proof including personal identification that the person they are coaching is a family member from the same household. 
Violations may result in penalties, including the suspension of booking privileges or membership.

Reporting Mechanism
Members are encouraged to report any suspected violations of the coaching policy to [email protected]. 
Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
