The Grovedale Tennis Club offers its clubroom and deck area for hire to individuals and organisations. Whether you're planning a birthday, reunion, school event, or business function, our venue is ready to host you!

Clubroom (220m²):
- Full kitchen: oven, microwave, pie warmer, bain-marie, steamer, fridge/freezer, boiling water tap, tea & coffee facilities, slushie machine
- Enclosed licensed bar (drink list available)
- Technology: 65" HD TV (Chromecast), 40" TV, projector, HDMI cords, Wi-Fi
- Furniture: 8 round tables (seats 8 each), 60 indoor chairs
- Vending machine: drinks & snacks
Deck Area:
- Wraps around courts, undercover for warm evenings
- Facilities: 8-burner BBQ, 2 outdoor heaters, 3 tables (6 seats each), 40 outdoor chairs, table tennis
- Note: Deck use ends at 9:00 PM unless a licence extension is arranged (until midnight, $245, request 8 weeks in advance)

Additional Costs:
- Extra hours: $75/hour
- Bar service: $50/hour (includes 2 staff)

โ How to Book
- Complete the Booking Form: Venue Hire Booking Form
- Notify Special Requirements: At least 1 week before your event
- Pay Bond & Hire Fees: Prior to the event (Grovedale Tennis Club bank details provided in the Venue Hire Agreement)
- Confirm Guest Numbers: Minimum 2 days before the event
๐ท Alcohol & Smoking Policies
Licensed Venue:
- Alcoholic gifts allowed but must remain unopened on site
- Alcohol not permitted on courts, car park, smoking area, or deck after 9:30 PM (without licence extension)
- Non-alcoholic drinks available via vending machine or BYO
- Smoking only in designated outdoor area
๐งน Cleaning Responsibilities
To ensure the venue stays in top condition:
- Hirers must clean kitchen items, wipe surfaces, vacuum, mop, and return furniture
- Bar staff will manage drink containers and glassware
- All decorations must be removed
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours
- Bond refunded within 7 business days if venue is left clean and undamaged
