Making a booking

• Click on a time slot to make a booking.
• Visitors who are non members need to be added to your booking, and will be charged at $7/h
• You will get an email with the pin number that will let you into the club and also turn on the lights for night bookings.
• Non members can make bookings on courts 7-8. Once our new courts are ready, they will also be available for non members.
• Members can make bookings on all courts.
• Court booking slots before 7:30am are reserved for coaches.

Note: Bookings need to be made at least half an hour before the session.

Note: If you see a padlock on a booking slot, then you don't have the ability to book.  Check that you have logged in with the same email/password you used to create your membership.

Arriving at the club

• Make sure your pin is entered at one of the two gates, followed by the hash key. You should hear two beeps if its accepted. The light will go green, and the gate will open.
• If you don't enter the pin, the court lights won't come on.

Note: If the lights were on for someone else, and went off before you entered your pin, it can take 15-20mins for them to come back on again.

Cancelling your booking

• You can cancel your booking up to an hour beforehand, and you will automatically get a refund.
• If you cancel later than that, you will have to sms me to request a refund.
