Whether you want to start playing tennis for the first time, or even if you compete regularly, we can improve your game and provide a great social, fit and healthy environment for you to have fun.
GROUP COACHING
We offer a range of adult group coaching lessons across our clubs, whether you're wanting to get into tennis for the first time, looking to get back on the court after a break, or want to develop your tennis skills in a more competitive environment.
There's a great social aspect to our Adult group Lessons and plenty of opportunity to match play practice.
Book in and or contact us and we'll find the best group for you.
You can also book into a private group lesson for up to 4 people. Great for friends or teams to train together.
PRIVATE COACHING
Accelerate your game with one on one Private Lessons.
Our Coaches will fine tune your technique and tailor a program to suit you. This is great for someone new to Tennis or for someone who wants to take their game to the next level.
CARDIO TENNIS
Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. Run by our accredited coaches, you’ll enjoy high – intensity tennis drills, activities and challenges – all set to a soundtrack.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before. Your coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s a great for beginners, more experienced tennis players will also have a great time.
