Yackandandah TC wishes to express our deep sadness circumstances surrounding the situation involving the recent conviction of Geoff Hollow. Our thoughts are with the children and families affected

Safety and wellbeing of our community - especially our young people - remains our highest priority. We have liaised with Tennis Australia and Tennis Victoria, who have confirmed that all accredited coaches are required to hold valid Working With Children Checks and National Police Checks. These requirements continue to be enforced.

We also encourage impacted individuals to discuss with their local doctor/GP if requiring further support.     

Tennis Australia, Tennis Victoria and the clubs involved are committed to providing support to anyone affected. This includes access to counselling services, safeguarding resources, and ongoing education for coaches, staff, and volunteers. Questions or concerns relating to child safety in a tennis environment can be directed to the Tennis Australia Integrity team via integrity@tennis.com.au, or via their online reporting portal here: Clue Webform.
