Wynnum Tennis Association

Wynnum Tennis offers both Junior and Senior Fixture competitions. If you are new to the club we suggest you come along to our Monday night social tennis which starts at 6.30 pm.  We will then be able to determine your appropriate grade for fixtures.

Saturday Senior Fixtures

Saturday afternoon fixtures is a doubles fixture competition aimed at teenagers and adults looking for competitive competition with a social and vibrant atmosphere. The competition uses a team format, where each team is required to field 3 players each Saturday. Players are graded on their ability regardless of gender.

This competition is perfect for teenagers who have progressed from the Friday Junior Fixtures and for adults who are looking for a competitive yet social way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Teams take it in turn to provide afternoon tea upstairs in the clubhouse during the season. Players are welcome upstairs to the clubhouse to enjoy a beverage during and after play.

Time: 1:00pm-5:00pm Saturday

Matches: 6 sets of Doubles – each player gets to play 4 sets

Players: Each team fields 3 players per week
