The Committee has decided to introduce a court booking system. We believe that this will help to balance the needs of social play, competition and coaching and help to maximise the use of the courts.  You will be able to easily see what court availability there is.

The booking system is part of our ClubSpark platform which we use as our website and membership database.  Many other clubs in the area are utilising this system.  Just go to our website https://play.tennis.com.au/willisonparktennisclub and choose the booking tab.

To book a court you will need to be a member and registered user which just means you have a login and password to access your membership account.  Most of our members are already registered.  For those of you who haven’t set up a password yet, we will send an email inviting you to register.  Please contact us at willison.park@gmail.com if you have any problems and we will do what we can to assist.

Members will be able to book 7 days in advance.  We ask that you cancel your court booking if you subsequently find you don’t need it to free the court up for other members.  If you haven’t arrived to use your court by 10 minutes after the booked start time, you will forfeit the court.

We will be blocking out courts for competition use.  Although we will do our best to allow enough time for the matches, if a match isn’t finished by the start of your booking the competition will take precedence over your booking.  Although we would not expect this to happen, please just be aware it is a possibility when choosing your booking slot.

Similarly, courts will be blocked out for coaching.  If you have a court booked near to coaching times, please be a little understanding if they are running a little bit late.
