West Port Macquarie Tennis Club AGM 26th September 2020

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 26th September 2020. The meeting will commence at 10am in the BBQ area with appropriate social distancing in place. It will be followed by drinks and nibbles.

You may nominate for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer or Committee member. Nominations must be received by the Secretary on or before 19th September 2020. Nomination forms are also found in the Clubhouse.

The President’s Report and Treasurer’s Report for the 2019-20 tennis year will be emailed to members prior to the meeting and tabled at the AGM on 26th September 2020.
