The Wangaratta Hardcourt Tennis Association is bound by the Privacy Act (1988) as well as other laws that impose obligations regarding personal information.

We collect personal information from players for the purpose of registering players in the Tennis Australia membership management portal, Club Spark(Sportlabs Technology Limited). Click here to view their policy.

Some of this information such as name, phone number and email address is made available to and used by committe members and competition facilitators to contact players as required.

COVID-19 lockdown guidelines require us to register players when they attend the tennis complex. As a result your name and contact number will be on display to other members. At the end of each competiton these registration forms are stored securely and only accessed by committee executives as required.
