Time: 7:15pm - 9:30pm

• Starts: 2nd February 2023
• 14 Weeks of Competition. 
• Play 3 sets of Singles against 3 different players each night
• Division 1 & Division 2
• All Ages: for competitive junior & adult singles players male & female
• Club Membership required

Player Guidelines

• Club Membership (cost $40) is required for all players, and is paid separately to the Competition Fee   JOIN WWTA 
• Public Holidays – usually evening comps are not scheduled to play on Public Holidays but is subject to change with each individual comp.
• School Holidays – evening comps break for all school holidays unless there are wash out days to catch up on.
• Washouts The comp organiser (Tom Denahy - 0422 632 026) will sms the team captains if competition is cancelled due to rain, extreme heat or wind. The team captain is then responsible for advising the rest of their team.
• Registrations –to play in evening comps, registrations are to be made via the relevant online form prior to the season start. Registration fees are to be paid once player details are received.
• Fees – all individual  registration fees are due by the end of Week 2 competition of each season. Eftpos is available at the Clubhouse but it is recommended to apply for your membership online (to receive your special pin code for free ourt hire)
• Reserves – All players are required to arrange their own reserve players – to register your interest in playing as a reserve 'only' , please contact  comp organiser, Tom Denahy. It is the responsibility of each player/team to arrange any payment from reserves playing. Note: For graded comp, a reserve player must not have played at a higher grade than the position they are filling in for. Only orginal and fully registered Team members can participate in a Semi or Grand Final.
• Forfeit – In the event that a player cannot play (after receiving the draw via sms), the comp organiser (Tom Denahy) must be notified by  12 noon on the day of the comp.
• Vaccinations – you do NOT need to be vaccinated to participate in local club competition (this requirement is for TA sanctioned tournaments only) FIND OUT MORE
