Umina Tennis Club

The Umina Tennis Club (UTC) is owned and operated by experienced professionals Kristy Packer and John Gorman.

The Club is open seven days a week: Monday to Friday 6.00am – 10.00pm; Saturday and Sunday 6.00am – 10.00pm. (Times may vary due to club activities and court reservations).

The Clubs four, well-lit mod grass courts are available for hire.  Rates are $15/hour until dark: $22/hour under lights; Please book online.

The Club also offers a well-lit 5aside Futsal Pitch avaialable for hire.  rates are $50/hour.  Please book online.

UTC offers a variety of competitions and instructional tennis programs for beginning and advanced adult and junior players – and everyone in between! Whatever age or ability, Kristy and Johns experienced and supportive approach ensures a program that is right for you, whether club members, visitors, or the general public. They are also Tennis Australia Hotshot deliverers.

UTC also offers 5 a side soccer comps , see www.MVPFootball.com.au, . Our courts are also available for soccer training/casual hire.

The highly popular Junior Tennis hotshots competitions are held on Wednesday from 530pm  throughout each school term. Adult competitions are held on Monday (Adult Doubles from 7pm),  Tuesday nights (Advanced Adult Doubles Comp from 7pm),  Wednesday nights (Advanced Adult Singles from 730pm)  Thursday nights (Intermediate Adult Singles from 7pm) and Friday mornings (Beginner Adult Doubles  from 9:30am).

Tennis lessons are offered 7 days a week by appointment. Children’s group lessons are available afternoons from $12/hour.   Individual lessons start from $30/half hour and $60/hour.  (amounts for privates will vary on Sundays and Holiday periods.   Please book online for your lesson or msg Kristy on  0410 828278.

UTC provides a full-service pro shop which includes professional advice and fast turn-around custom racquet stringing. Popular gift certificates covering court hire, lessons and specialised equipment are also available, providing great gift ideas for birthdays, Christmas and special occasions.
