COURT HIRE RATES  (These rates will be reviewed and may be amended at a later date this year.)

• Standard court hire rate for first 2 hours per day
• Half price court hire rate for subsequent hours per day

NB: Club members can choose to deduct the first 2 hours (the standard rate) each day if they wish to use their free 2 hours per day as per club member privilege.

 An example

The court hire charges for a booking for one day using 4 pickleball courts and 1 tennis court from 7am - 5pm (10 hours) would be

For Club Member: [4 x $5 x 10hrs= $200] + [1 x $0 x 2hrs = $0] + [1 x $7.50 x 8hrs = $60]       =       $260

For Non-Club Member: [4 x $5 x 10hrs = $200] + [1 x $15 x 2hrs = $30] + [1 x $7.50 x 8hrs = $60 ]    =       $290

TERMS

A deposit of half the cost of the bulk court hire is required at least one week before the first day of the bulk court hire.

The balance of payment is required before the first day of the court hire event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For rain/inclement weather on the day of court hire:

• If club is notified by the start of the booking time to cancel the event, a full refund will be made.
• If club is notified part way through the booking time-slot to cancel the booking, a proportionate refund will be made.

For a change of mind re booking

• If club is notified at least 2 full days before the first booked day of court hire, a full refund will be made.
• If club is notified at the start of the first booking day, a refund of half cost will be made.
• No refund will be made if the club is either notified part way through the booking or not notified at all.
