PERFORMANCE TENNIS - SQUADS , PRIVATES & FITNESS

OPTION 1 - SQUAD TRAINING

Intermediate level - (C & B Grade Squad) this group suits players that are currently and already playing competition and have done so for at least for a few seasons. You may now need more work on the court to take your game to the next level, which involves singles tactics, enhanced technique, match play and longer duration on the court combined with team training.

Advanced level - (A & B Squad) - this squad is to suit players well advanced with their game, you have played tournaments and want to play more tennis. The coaching team will advise when it's best to join this squad. At this level and as teens reach the age of 14 to 15 then they are also highly encouraged to have weekly practice sessions with adults outside the normal weekly squad session.

  • Teens Squads are 70 to 90 minute sessions, high energy, in a team work supportive environment.
  • One session per week in addition to your team training and junior match play.
  • 6 players to 1 squad coaching involving match play, tactics, fitness and technique.

OPTION 2 - PRIVATE / SEMI PRIVATE

Private tennis lessons under the expert tutelage of our qualified coaches.  If you’re ready to jump up to tournament level but need to refine your skills, private coaching is a great option. Wherever you want to take your tennis playing, private tennis lessons can help you get there. One or two 2 students per coach. Our private lessons are high energy, techincal and fitness based and we conduct both private and semi-private lessons for;

  •  Competition players
  •  Tournament players

OPTION 3 - FITNESS

We can provide a take home fitness program to be completed outside regular on court training hours that is simple and easy to follow that compliment your on court game. Footwork, running programs, specific exercises and weights to enhance your game, make you feel more confident and get stronger. This needs to be discussed with the coaches directly.
